The Applied Biosystems 1700 Chemiluminescent Microarray Analyzer harnesses the sensitivity of chemiluminescence to measure gene expression levels in cells and tissues. Ultra-sensitive chemiluminescence enables you to detect more genes with less sample--even those genes expressed at low levels.
Fully Curated and Annotated Database
To aid data analysis, this new system comes with an Oracle database of annotations, including gene acronyms, gene names, cross referenced IDs, gene ontology, and Panther™ Protein Classification System information. The Oracle database also provides full storage and query access for all your experimental data.
A Complete, Integrated Gene Expression System
Eliminate time-consuming system assembly and optimization. With the Expression Array System, all system components--microarray, analyzer, software, reagents, and Oracle® database--are fully integrated and tested for you.
